  • Project Manager responsible for managing the KYC EDD & OFAC implementation for Prime Associates. Compliance Manager 7.0 is a tool that helps financial institutions satisfy the requirements of BSA, OFAC and other regulatory requirements necessary in the current market. This project analyses the particular need of the client and implement a customized solution based on the CM 7.0 product. I am responsible for daily project administration and management of a team of 7 professionals to successfully implement the product.

  • Project Manager responsible for managing different projects simultaneously, after initiating it and then submitting a Project Plan Package to be approved by the CIO. Managed shared operational resources as well as teams represented by external vendors to effectively manage the planned implementation of projects. Created and managed the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of every project for five years, which was helpful in Operational budget planning for the future.
  • The type of projects managed included Infrastructure projects to application development and ERP implementations (Oracle CRM and Balance Scorecard) ranging form a few thousand to about $7M in size.
  • Streamlined Project and Procurement processes by introducing Microsoft Sharepoint and Project Server. This project is under implementation and is done using the services of an external vendor decided through an RFP process.
