We have been cited for parking near the GPA substation area adjacent to our campus. A “no=parking” sign has been placed there for years. Please abide by this posting, employees are unable to access the power station. Vehicles will be towed without notice as per contractors.

Teachers, there have been increased cases of students involved in inappropriate touching on private areas on our campus. Students should be given examples of what constitutes “sexual harassment.” We are requesting that teachers spend team time to discuss such issues and scenarios. Feel free to see Mrs. San Nicolas for more guidance as needed.

Training will be held on Direct Instruction as a Reform Program on Thursday, December 11, 2008 here on campus. Team teachers are expected to show up at their prep times 3rd, 4th, or 5th periods in the library. Presentors will be from ReadingFirstCenter. Attendance will be taken, please plan accordingly.

FOR EVERYONE

Students are asked not to get off their school bus after school to purchase snacks/drinks. Once you are on the bus, you should remain there until departure. On Thursday, a student almost got injured running back from buying a snack to catch his bus.
