Procurement Plan of 2015

The procurement plan will cover the whole period of the project implementation. The Project Implementation Agency shall update the procurement plan throughout the duration of the project at least annually by including contracts previously awarded. All procurement plans, their updates or modifications shall be subject to Bank’s prior review and no objection before implementation.

Note: Regardless of the values of the consulting services contracts, all the Terms of Reference(TOR) shall be prior reviewed and agreed by the Bank.

The Loan will also fund on basis of SOEs eligible expenses under the Technical Assistance component related to training costs, travel expenses, per diem, logistics, facilities/equipment rentals, training materials, translations, facilitators and trainers. Such estimated expenses are not included in this procurement plan.
