Dear Student/Parent/Guardian
As part of the enrichment day on Thursday 16th February 2017 a trip to Jump Heaven Trampoline Park is being arranged. We will be going for a 2 hour session and will cost £15 which includes the socks that need to be worn. You will be expected to make to your own way to and from the Trampoline Park. The address is Jump Heaven, Pepper Road, Hazel Grove, SK7 5BW. Students are advised not to give each other lifts without parental permission.
The session is to last from 11-1pm. We will need to meet at 10.40am at the Park to sign in, get socks and watch the safety briefing video before students will be allowed to jump. There are a range of activities to do at the park including trampolining, dodgeball, climbing wall, ninja warrior course, total wipeout activities and parkour. If you are interested in going please complete the reply slip below confirming interest and payment. Nb your signature indicates that you will abide by all safety instructions issued by Jump Heaven. This needs to be handed to me as soon as payment has been made. If I do not have a permission slip returned you will not be allowed to go even if you have made a payment. Please also provide details of any medical conditions and a mobile number you and a parent/guardian can be contacted on.
Our preferred method of payment is via Wisepay, which is a secure online payment service that allows students and parents to make payments to college using credit or debit cards. It's quick and easy, all you have to do is go to the college website on follow the links to the parent information page for your college and then click on the Wisepay link where you will find Trips and Visits. Alternatively cheques (made payable to CAMSFC)or cash can behanded in to Alison Baillie in Room 2K on Tuesdays between 10-4pm. Please make your payment as soon as possible, but by Monday 6th February at the latest.
