Please Note: HR Professionals must know to differentiate between SQC and SPC. What are all HR activities come under SPC and SQC? For example Training is a Continuous Process. Recruitment is a Process.These 2 are SPC Tools . Exit Interview is SQC Tool. All Corretive Actions are SPC Tools and Preventive Actions are SQC Tools. Collect data against each head and put it under either SPC or SQC Tools.

Collect Data against value related before TNI

Collect Data against value after Training Programme is over.

For example, rejection by customers before TNI is 10%

Rejection after Training is 6%

(Collect data periodically till Training Effectiveness is justified)

Plot it on the Graph and highlight the Effetiveness.

As far as application of Statistical Data in HR Division is very simple. Just a Bar Chart is enough for both SQC and SPC Tools. Critical Application of Data is applicable in Technical Departments.
