Copdock Cricket Club

Hope you don’t mind me sending you all this information, this year the club is holding its very successful Summer Ball, we are now in the third year of holding itand what a great night it always proves to be.
Normally in August, this year its being held on June 27th at the Club during the Cricket week.
The Event is run by myself Jamie Smith ( Club Sponsor), I'm not going to go into this too much, however I feel its important to say that the marquee that we put up for the week and all the costings of the Events is totally down to my company, the cost normally is in the region of £11000 for the whole week to put on a great spectacle for all who are involved.
The Summer Ball is the high point of the week and everyone who attends has a great night with lots of memories to bank, this year the Club and I would like to get as many people involved in this great event as possible.
This year we have a great band called BLACK and GOLD, we have a GRAB a GRAND machine which will give some lucky people the chance to fill their pockets up, we have sumptuous 3 course meal with great wines and lots more surprises.
The Club itself will make the profits from all wine sales and also a fabulous auction and raffle with some great prizes. Also this year I am also donating £2.50 from each ticket sold to the Pavilion Project as will all the monies raised from the auction and aaffle.

1)A Non refundable deposit is required of 25% of the total booking with the details filled in above
2)The remainder must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the date
3)All cheques are made payable to Jamie Lee Smith Catering
4)JLS holds the right to cancel the event and all monies will be refunded
5)All tables will be set for 10 people only unless agreed with JLS
6)The events cost is £50.00 per person which includes VAT, receipts and confirmations of all bookings will be sent out
