Bateman/Per Ardua Entry Form

Dear Club Secretary,

As you knowthis season we are changing the Bateman/ Per Ardua competition to an entry based competition. Hopefully this will avoid teams conceding games and will make the competitions more enjoyable for all.

The Bateman competition is open to teams in The Prem, Divisions 1 and 2 .The Per Ardua competition is open to teams in Divisions 3, 4 and 5.

The entry fee for each competition is £10per team.

A returnable deposit of £25.00per team is also required.

Cheques are to be made payable to G.C.N.A.

Please send aseparate chequeforthe deposit so this can be easily returned to you when your team has finished in the competition.

A stamped addressed envelope will also be required.
