Instructions for New Chapter Reporting System Users

The Chapter Reporting System (CRS) is a password-protected website that allows access to monthly membership rosters, quarterly membership incentive payment reports, and the ability to work on current or view past years’ annual reports.

Logging in to the Chapter Reporting System

To register for a free account on the CRS, go to enter your username and password, and click “Register New User.” Enter the details requested and click “Save.” Then email your Chapter Admin (if one) or indicating you have registered with CRS and noting your Chapter name and code. You will be sent confirmation when your registration is activated.

If you would like to change your username or password, update your email address, or change any other account information, log in at click on the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the screen, then click “My Account” on the next screen to edit your information.

If you have forgotten your password, go to and click the "Forgot password" link just below the login area. The next screen will ask for your username. After submitting the form, your password will be emailed to the address with which you registered.

Once logged in, you may see one or more of the following features, depending on your access permissions: “Roster”, “Payments”, “Member Lookup” and “Annual Reports”. Your Chapter Administrator (Admin)can add or delete delegates (other leaders in your Chapter who may need access to one or more of the features).

Membership Rosters, Change Reports, and Mailing Labels

  1. From the Roster screen you will be able to download and save the membership roster, change report and mailing labels by clicking on the filename. The most current files are at the top of the list with a file name including the date posted. Archived rosters and change reports arelisted below. All files are posted in comma separated value (.csv) format.*
  1. The mailing labels are PDF files and are available in either 2 or 3 column format. The labels are sorted by ZIP code for bulk mailing purposes. To omit specific members, type their ACS IDs (unique member number) in the provided box to omit them before creating the labels. When printing the labels, be sure to use the correct label format, and that you turn off “Fit to Page” or show “None” under the Page Scaling in your print dialogue box.

  1. After the first day of each month an updated roster, change report, and mailing labels will be uploaded to the site, including membership updates through the last day of the previous month.

Membership Incentive Payments

Under “Payments,” you will be able to download a spreadsheet of the most recent quarterly payments made to your Chapter for Chapter-recruited Audubon Members. Annual Reports

All Chapter Admins, Presidents and Treasurers have access to the Annual Reports feature, where the questionnaire and financial report may be filled out and submitted online. Once submitted, the report may be viewed, but not edited. If you are not an Admin, President or Treasurer, but you need to gain access to the CRS to work on the annual report, please contact Chapter Services.
