Dear CBAI Member:

As promised, the May 2012 issue of Your Businessis attached herefor distribution by your marketing department to all of your small business clients and prospects.

By special arrangement with the publisher, there is no fee for this edition of this newsletter. I encourage you to send it to your business customers and to all business prospects in your marketing area. It is a very cost effective way to connect with small business owners in your community.

Marketing Hints

In order to get the most from this effort you are encouraged to review your e-mail list of small-business owners to make sure all of your best customers have been included. Next, make a conscious effort to add to this list any prospects, or home-based business owners you can find as part of your community outreach. Finally, have each of your officers and employees make an effort to continuously collect business cards and ads with e-mail information to add to your lists.

The subject line should read: The May edition of Your Business is attached compliments of (Insert Bank Name). A simple note of introduction may be included in the e-mail to let them know it is from your bank as a courtesy for all area small businesses.
