Dear Families:

Our third term for the school milk program will be for the period of April 3, 2018 to June 14, 2018. The cost per student for these 39 days is $ 15.60.

(this does not include - Fridays, or Apr 24 & May 29 (PL day Noon Dismissal); May 14 (NBTA Branch Day); May 21 (Victoria Day) There will be no milk available for the last week of school, June 18-21.

If your child wishes to participate in this program, please order by using one of two methods: 1) You can register your child for School Cash Online and order and pay by following the instructions or, 2) Forward cash or a cheque, made payable toSummerhill Street Elementary School. All orders, regardless of your method of ordering are due on or before Friday, March 23, 2018. On this date, the final totals will be forwarded to Saputo, the company from whom we purchase the milk. Please note: If you order online, you do not need to complete and submit this form to the office. We will be obtain all order information from School Cash Online.

If this notice presents a problem with payment, please contact the school office to make alternate arrangements and we will ensure your child’s name is on the list.

Unfortunately, we are not able to sell milk on a daily basis.
