SCOPE OF WORK
General Items
- Confirm nopermits are required under the scope of work.
- Inspect, record and report unusual site conditions on possession date.
- Cost to be based on 3 weeks of construction.
- Provide a cost for dumpster & site protection and cleaning.
- Include under general labor to unload millwork containers, (4pp/4hr + fork lift Non Union).
- Coordinate all GA vendors’ equipment, materials, etc. deliveries based on construction schedule.
- Include final construction cleaning.
- File relocation of sprinklers if required.
- Schedule fire department inspection (life safety).
Demolition
- Remove all existing display fixtures in the sales/fitting rooms’ areas.
- Remove all sales area (perimeter wall) standards/panels & bulkhead.
- Remove all existing baseboards in the sales/fitting rooms’ areas
- Remove existing white track lights & tracks, elec. circuits to remain.
- Remove all cove lighting under soffit.
- Remove existing recessed 2’x4’ fluorescent lights.
- Remove carpet/vinyl floorin the sales/fitting rooms’ areas.
Wood & Plastics
- Include all blocking for millwork system, wallpaper panels, cabinets, and mirrors hangers.
- All desks and shelves in manager’s office, shipping/receiving stations to remain.(BOH)
Doors & Windows
- Existing storefront doors and rear doors hardware to remain.
Finishes
- Finish allwalls to Level 5sales area/fitting room and to level 4 BOH.
- Strip/remove all glue &polish seal concrete slab in sales area/fitting room.
- Patch, stain and polishseal concrete slab(re-caulking expansion joints if required).
- Strip, clean seal VCT tile in the BOH.
- Replace/install broken ACT tiles in the BOH (if necessary).
- Install new ACT tiles in the sales area/fitting rooms/BOHto replace removed 2’x4’ recessed lights.
- Provide (2) two doormats (4’-0 x 6’-0”).
- Supply and paint wall, ceilings, doors & HVAC diffusers as per schedule.
- Paint Exit Sign covers (black) in sales area.
Specialties
- Provide/replace all safety signage required by code.
- Check/install in designated locations existing fire extinguishers required by code.
Equipment
- Protectall CCTV security cameras.
- Relocate (4) four camera brackets to the adjacent wall using existing wiring.
- Relocate Audio equipment (speakers) using existing wiring.
- Relocate Sensormatic equipment (sirens) using existing wiring.
Mechanical/Plumbing
- Existing RTU’s to remain.
- Relocate (8) eight existing sprinkler to ceiling height.
- Replace all sprinkler caps to standard black in the sales/fitting rooms’ areas.
- Existing HVAC ductwork & diffusers to remain.
- Relocate HVAC return grilles.
- Replace all HVAC filters when construction is completed.
Electrical
- All new track lights + tracks (black) supplied by GA vendor. GC to coordinate delivery.
- Install new track lights + tracks(black) on ceiling, reuse existing circuits in the sales/fitting rooms’ areas.
- Install new track lights + tracks(black) on soffit, reuse existing circuits in existing display windows.
- Install (8) eight recessed lights in EM circuit.
- Install (14) fourteen recessed lights in fitting rooms.
- All existing data/power/phone & security cabling to remain. In cash area.
- All audio system to remain.
- Run/check alldata cables (low voltage) working properly.
- Fire Alarm equipment to remain.
- Confirm there is a dedicated circuit for the exterior signs as per sign criteria.
