SCOPE OF WORK

General Items

  1. Confirm nopermits are required under the scope of work.
  2. Inspect, record and report unusual site conditions on possession date.
  3. Cost to be based on 3 weeks of construction.
  4. Provide a cost for dumpster & site protection and cleaning.
  5. Include under general labor to unload millwork containers, (4pp/4hr + fork lift Non Union).
  6. Coordinate all GA vendors’ equipment, materials, etc. deliveries based on construction schedule.
  7. Include final construction cleaning.
  8. File relocation of sprinklers if required.
  9. Schedule fire department inspection (life safety).

Demolition

  1. Remove all existing display fixtures in the sales/fitting rooms’ areas.
  2. Remove all sales area (perimeter wall) standards/panels & bulkhead.
  3. Remove all existing baseboards in the sales/fitting rooms’ areas
  4. Remove existing white track lights & tracks, elec. circuits to remain.
  5. Remove all cove lighting under soffit.
  6. Remove existing recessed 2’x4’ fluorescent lights.
  7. Remove carpet/vinyl floorin the sales/fitting rooms’ areas.

Wood & Plastics

  1. Include all blocking for millwork system, wallpaper panels, cabinets, and mirrors hangers.
  2. All desks and shelves in manager’s office, shipping/receiving stations to remain.(BOH)

Doors & Windows

  1. Existing storefront doors and rear doors hardware to remain.

Finishes

  1. Finish allwalls to Level 5sales area/fitting room and to level 4 BOH.
  2. Strip/remove all glue &polish seal concrete slab in sales area/fitting room.
  3. Patch, stain and polishseal concrete slab(re-caulking expansion joints if required).
  4. Strip, clean seal VCT tile in the BOH.
  5. Replace/install broken ACT tiles in the BOH (if necessary).
  6. Install new ACT tiles in the sales area/fitting rooms/BOHto replace removed 2’x4’ recessed lights.
  7. Provide (2) two doormats (4’-0 x 6’-0”).
  8. Supply and paint wall, ceilings, doors & HVAC diffusers as per schedule.
  9. Paint Exit Sign covers (black) in sales area.

Specialties

  1. Provide/replace all safety signage required by code.
  2. Check/install in designated locations existing fire extinguishers required by code.

Equipment

  1. Protectall CCTV security cameras.
  2. Relocate (4) four camera brackets to the adjacent wall using existing wiring.
  3. Relocate Audio equipment (speakers) using existing wiring.
  4. Relocate Sensormatic equipment (sirens) using existing wiring.

Mechanical/Plumbing

  1. Existing RTU’s to remain.
  2. Relocate (8) eight existing sprinkler to ceiling height.
  3. Replace all sprinkler caps to standard black in the sales/fitting rooms’ areas.
  4. Existing HVAC ductwork & diffusers to remain.
  5. Relocate HVAC return grilles.
  6. Replace all HVAC filters when construction is completed.

Electrical

  1. All new track lights + tracks (black) supplied by GA vendor. GC to coordinate delivery.
  2. Install new track lights + tracks(black) on ceiling, reuse existing circuits in the sales/fitting rooms’ areas.
  3. Install new track lights + tracks(black) on soffit, reuse existing circuits in existing display windows.
  4. Install (8) eight recessed lights in EM circuit.
  5. Install (14) fourteen recessed lights in fitting rooms.
  6. All existing data/power/phone & security cabling to remain. In cash area.
  7. All audio system to remain.
  8. Run/check alldata cables (low voltage) working properly.
  9. Fire Alarm equipment to remain.
  10. Confirm there is a dedicated circuit for the exterior signs as per sign criteria.
