There are three options to choose from:

  1. 2 hour exclusive party hire (up-to 90 minutes game time and up-to 45 mins for your own party food within our designated party area) – minimum 15 people with unlimited Darts at £16.00 per person.
  2. We can cater for smaller private parties where there are less than 15 children the price is £18.50 per person for our 2 hour exclusive party hire, minimum 10 persons. (up-to 90 minutes game time and up-to 45 mins for your own party food within our designated party area) – unlimited Darts.
  3. For mobile NERF Parties we charge £18.50 per person unless you have 20 children or more which is then charged at the lower rate £16.00 per person. (up-to 90 minutes game time and up-to 60 mins for your own party food within your designated party area) – unlimited Darts.(15 persons minimum booking applies)
  4. All mobile NERF Parties that fall within the M25 (including London) are charged at £350.00 for 20 children. Reduces to £13.00/person after 20 persons)

Excited dads or extra siblings who would like to join in are charged a flat £10.00 for the entire duration of the party.

Our Local Venue: Groombridge Village Hall, Station Road, Groombridge. TN3 9RB

Please include a booking fee of £100.00plus your completed booking form to secure your MBW party with The Mega Blaster World Team. If you book Groombridge Village Hall, Hire Fee is just an additional £50.00 inclusive for Main Hall, Club Room & Kitchen for the entire duration of your event or party. Benenden Village Hall for the same is also £50.00, please add to your balance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must have your completed booking form returned, signed and your deposit in together to constitute a booking with our Mega Blaster World Team. Only both parts received forms a contractual booking. Failure to do this may leave your reservation in doubt and may be deemed as not booked.

Your balance can either be settled via Debit or Credit card the day before your event/party.

Wet Weather Terms & Conditions for Outdoor NERF Events/Birthday Parties

If it rains heavy the day before your NERF Party or Event and the ground is either wet or soggy your NERF Party my have to be cancelled or moved due to the reasons below:

  1. NERF Darts get muddy and wet and jam inside the NERF blasters
  1. The ground maybe slippery and dangerous to play on

A thorough weather check 24hrs before the event/party is made and a decision on all outdoor events is agreed by both host and organiser.

If we set-up for the NERF party/event and the forecast seems ok and it rains then it depends on how much rain as to whether it is safe enough to carry on.

Most outdoor NERF parties/events have indoor back-ups such as school halls to fall back on but not when you have your party at home in the garden or field/outdoor space/recreation ground!

If you pay your balance in full and then you have a cancellation we again try to find you another date subject to availability.

Please note that our outdoor event/parties are completely uncovered and may be cancelled or abandoned because of the inclement weather.

Parties/events are non-refundable in the event of cancellation because of the weather but may be exchanged or transferred to another date subject to availability with only your deposit non-refundable if no date can be agreed or found.
