Creech Medical Centre SCORE Safety Culture Survey Action Plan

In August 2016 all staff and Doctors at Creech Medical Centre completed a survey where the purpose was to measure our culture in the following areas: Safety, Communication, Operational Reliability and Engagement. The survey focused questions on the following: our learning environment, local leadership, levels of stress / burnout, teamwork, patient safety and work-life balance

Our results were very positive particularly for our learning environment, teamwork and patient safety.

We discussed the results initially at a team building event in September 2016 and in a follow up staff meeting in January 2017 where we agreed an action plan to address the areas where we wanted to make improvements.
