QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to assist in maintaining accurate records in the Student Information System
- Must be able to schedule conferences for students, parents, teachers, and/or counselors as needed
- Ability to maintain accurate records of scheduling meeting and conferences, and reminds appropriate personnel of meetings that are to attend
- Must prepare and mail transcripts and requests transcripts as per school and board policy.
- Ability to process letters of requests for new student and processes records for students who are withdrawing from school
- Ability to document all incoming student records and documents all requests for transmitting outgoing records
- Must be able to maintain an orderly filing system, including computer files
- Ability to posts test labels on permanent records in a timely manner
- Must be able to attend leadership meetings and record minutes of each meeting.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of information obtained in meetings and information contained on student records
- Must be able to assist with Student Support Teacher and Section 504 record keeping; notifies appropriate personnel of these meetings
- Ability to assist with all aspects of registration as requested
- Must assist Counselor with school wide testing (e.g., GHSGT, PSAT, SAT, CRCT, etc.)
- Must process incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Must be able to maintain permanent records in accordance with board of education policies.
- Physical demands – requires mostly sitting and standing. Lifting weight less than 30 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling and walking are occasionally required.
SALARY/TERMS/BENEFITS:
