45+ Basketball – Great pick-up basketball for the older guys!

Body Back - Under the Stroller Strides umbrella, Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago!

Boxing Fitness with Kika - Challenge yourself with a complete fitness class that incorporates boxing techniques, plyometrics and calisthenics. Burn up to 1,000 calories!

Covenant Yoga - Covenant Yoga is specifically created to deepen your connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to combine world class yoga with a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect with God

Devoted Fitness - Jesus music, ladies dancing, sweating, and praising... that's Devoted Fitness! Group fitness for your soul. We minister to others through faith, fitness, and fellowship.

Discovery Afternoon - Extend the daily preschool curriculum while exploring science and the arts while discovering the world around us.
Functional Fitness – For Seniors ages 55+. Exercise under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist. First class free then only $5 per class.

Gentle Yoga – Calm down and unwind with this gentle yoga class. Beginners welcome... mats, blocks and straps provided. First class free then only $5 per class.

Hip Hop Fitness- Hip Hop Fitness uses simple hip hop moves combined with upbeat music to keep you moving the whole time. Hip Hop is a great class to get your cardio workout, and have fun while doing it!

Little Aces Tennis-Our Little Aces clinic is designed to introduce the "little ones" to the skills necessary to play tennis.

Massage Therapy - Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues for the purposes of enhancing health through relaxation, reduction of muscle tension and anxiety, improvement of circulation and an increase in range and ease of movement.

Play Spanish– Play Spanish is a program designed to introduce children to the Spanish language and culture through a play-based curriculum.

Relax Yoga – Leave last week’s tension behind while you relax with this yoga! First class free then only $5 per class.

Rise & Shine Yoga – Are you an early riser? Join us at 6am when we open the facility for Rise & Shine Yoga. Cost $7 per class

Seated Yoga – In the Kripalu style of yoga, this seated class is great for seniors or those going thru rehab. Beginners welcome... mats, blocks and straps provided. Different price options available.

Soccer Shots -Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 3-5. Our nationally recognized program offers a high energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer that emphasizes both soccer skills and character development.

Stroller Strides- Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment.

Total Body Training – Work it all out! From cardio to strength training to flexibility, this class covers everything. First class free then only $5 per class.

Yin Flow - A class designed to connect movement with breath, repeating movements and holding for longer periods to build strength and lengthen muscles.
