Refund Policy

If a course or individual sessions are cancelled, the Adult Education Service will make the appropriate refund to learners who have paid fees. Requests for refunds of enrolment fees by learners for other reasons can only be considered in exceptional circumstances, with approval from a Service Manager. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the Adult Education Service centre manager or call us on 024 7678 6806 as soon as possible

Extra support

It is important that you can take part and achieve in your course.

Different kinds of support are available to make this possible.

Perhaps you would like some extra help with:

• spelling, reading, writing or taking notes

• maths

• understanding and speaking English

If you have a disability, or hearing or sight impairments, you might need:

• individual help

• different teaching materials

• learning aids

These are just examples of extra support that could help you get the most out of your course. To find out more, please ask your tutor or your course organiser. You may prefer to fill in the slip over the page and leave it with your tutor or at the centre’s reception office.
