£32,730 - £36,481 pro rata per annum,

We are currently looking for an experienced Manager to lead the development and delivery of the counselling service ‘Time to Talk Bucks’ for young people in Buckinghamshire. This role will be supporting the BYCC Board in achieving its objectives and ensuring compliance with the contract with Buckinghamshire County Council.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing a counselling service, delivering challenging targets, an extensive understanding of the BACP code of Ethics and the ability to develop effective relationships with young people and partner organisations.

They will be able to efficiently manage the delivery and deployment of the counselling service together with developing new processes and implementing change to ensure effective management of the contract.

An appropriate professional and/or management qualification is essential as is extensive knowledge and understanding of the BACP code of Ethics, and up to date child protection legislation.
