Thank you for your interest in CLC! Please complete one form for each child you wish to place on the Wait List. Once we receive your completed form, your child will be added to the list. If your address changes, before your child enters school, please notify us. In the spring of the years prior to your child entering both kindergarten and first grade you will receive an invitation to a general orientation where you can visit the program and further explore it. We look forward to meeting you then!
