Quality of Turkish cotton
The name of cotton varies by the length of fiber at a harvest.
[Short staple] averagely less than 21mm
[Medium staple] averagely 21mm - 28mm
[Long staple] averagely 28mm– 35mm
[Extra long staple] averagely more than 35mm
Turkish cotton is averagely from 28mm to 31mm and it is long staple. Although the quality is inferior to extra long staple in quality, Turkish cotton which Cotton House choose is harvested by hands of people. It is pure cotton because it doesn’t contain in pure substance. Therefore, it is not too much said that Turkish cotton is one of the best quality pure cotton.
Quality of products
Most of our products are made from Turkish cotton for optimum comfort. The quality of Turkish cotton is recognized all over the world. The features are high absorbent and endurance. As compared with usual other towels made from Turkish cotton, our products have higher absorbent and endurance by Cotton House’s original spinning and weaving. Especially, other companies can’t imitate Twist Rate and Spinning Rate, which are Cotton House’s patent. These technologies are cultivated by the experiences and knowledge of towels production for a long time. At the sewing process, our products are sewn by sewing machine and all hand-made. Only high technology and competent people can bear high quality products.
Some consumers claim that softner and starch causes low absorbency at first use. However, Cotton House’s towels will not occur such a thing because we manufacture goods without losing softness and absorbency, which Turkish cotton naturally has by our technology. Therefore, you can feel good quality of Turkish cotton from the beginning.

At the present day, these are only for Japanese customers because we would like to introduce Cotton House’s goods to more people in Japan. Additionally, we will do our best to answer your requests as much as we can.
Lead Time
If ready-made goods, they are in stock, and shipment can be made at any time. Transit lead time to Japan is approx. a month by sea and approx. a week by air.
If made-to-custom goods, it takes 6 – 8 weeks to manufacture. Thus, total lead time is about 3 months. However, the manufacturing lead time may shorten because it depends on details of goods and order quantities. Please let us know your design and ideas.
