NEW FAMILY APPLICATION PACKET

Thank you for your interest in Cornerstone Academy. You have now completed the online portion of our application process. This downloaded document must be completed and returned to the office with your registration fees to complete your application for consideration. Please complete each document as thoroughly as possible as each one is essential for our staff to serve your family well.

As you consider sending in your application, we ask that you would please review the mission and vision of the school carefully. We interview all new families with children entering kindergarten and above to ensure those enrolled will support our school mission. This provides a strong and highly functioning institution. If you feel that your family’s educational philosophy supports that of Cornerstone Academy, we gladly accept your application for admission.

These forms are created so you can fill them in on your computer and print them or just print them to write in your responses. We require the application fee to accompany all applications and will not consider an application until the fee is received.

Application Fee - Non Refundable $150 per child

Assessment Fee – $50

  • (Only for new students entering Kindergarten and up)

First Tuition Payment

  • Can be paid in full by July 1st for a 2% discount (No set up fee)
  • Can be paid through FACTS in 10 or 12 payments. This requires each family to have a FACTS account by June 15th so that FACTS can send an invoice or automatically withdraw funds from your account. There is an account set up fee for this service.

Cornerstone Academy will contact you regarding your application status.

Upon acceptance, families will receive a Welcome Packet including a Tuition Contract.

New families will return the Tuition Contract and other required documents to the office.

Families will receive a Summer Packet in August with the school calendar, supply list and other important Back to School reminders.
