(Wednesday/Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

September 15, 2011 2010-2011 CARE Final Report (7/1/10 through 6/30/11)
Submit one original and one copy of final claim for actual program expenditures charged to CARE budget from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
October 11 - 12, 2011 41st Annual CCCEOPS Association Annual Fall Conference: “Meeting the Challenge” – Bahia Resort Hotel, San Diego
Registration information and conference program are available at www.ccceopsaconference.org. Two mandatory CARE Statewide Meetings for CARE coordinators are scheduled on both days of the conference (“Chancellor’s Office CARE Program Update” and “Chancellor’s Office EOPS/CARE Update”).
November 15, 2011 2011-2012 CARE Budget Approval Request
Submit the CARE budget approval request via the SSARCC web-based application. The SSARCC signature page of the CARE budget approval request must also be mailed to the Chancellor’s Office.
February 1, 2012 2011-2012 CARE Mid-Year Report: Declaration of Unused CARE Funds / Request for CARE Reallocated Funds
Submit one signed original to the Chancellor's Office to certify whether college is returning CARE funds to the state or requesting one-time CARE reallocated funds augmentation.
March 12 – 13, 2012 EOPS/CARE Statewide Technical Assistance Training 2012 DoubleTree Hotel Sacramento
June 30, 2012 End of fiscal year. CARE funds must be expended or authorized for encumbrance by this date. Unexpended CARE funds may be returned to Chancellor's Office by this date without incurring fiscal penalty.
August 6, 2012 Drop-dead date (first Monday of August) for districts to submit
