Procedure to import data from old software to Speed Plus
· Copy all the transactions from old software to excel as per sample excel file given “Sample Data.xls”
(You may get this format by clicking export)
· Import data in Speed Plus (Entries à Sale à Import)
· Select The Excel File that you have designed.
· Speed Plus will import all the data from excel file.
o All the accounts be created automatically
o Items are created automatically
o All the entries like sale / purchase are automatically imported

Salary, Rent, etc. entering all these regular expenses in small – small amounts becomes a very tedious process for the accounts professional. It becomes more annoying when he needs to enter for multiple companies.
Just Enter the data in Excel Sheet in format given “Payment Receipt Import.xls” File
Import the above Excel Sheet into Speed plus “Quick Payment”
Just Press Alt + X or click on “Import from Excel”
Select your Excel Sheet
Enter No. of entries e.g. 5
Speed Plus Will Import All the entries from Excel
Same Excel sheet can be used for multiple companies

Import Master (Accounts and Item Heads) From Tally With all voucher entries into Speed Plus
To Import Accounts and items
· Export Masters From Tally and tally will generate Master.xml
· In the First Step Select Master.xml file
To Import Voucher entries
· Export Vouchers From Tally and you will get DayBook.xml File
· In the Second Step Select DayBook.xml File
If you wish to import Masters only without Voucher entries then leave then skip the second step
Finaly click on import data. It will take a lot of time to complete. You need to be patient during this process.
Speed plus will automatically import the whole data of tally.
