In 2014 DPD will even be reducing this time window to one hour. All these services are free of charge for the consignee.
Consignees who are not located during the first delivery attempt can arrange for a new delivery when it suits them on the neuzustellung.deonline portal, which is also available as an app and mobile website. In addition to delivery to a different address, for example to the place of work or even to a different city, consignees can also arrange for the parcel to be left at aDPD ParcelShopor for it to be delivered on a different date.
