Meeting Planning Package – excluding hotel and ground transportation / $42.00 / Per person, for local programs where hotel and ground transportation is not required, including: destination research and site selection, coordination of meeting space, food & beverage, entertainment/activities and Audio-Visual, all applicable reports and audit final vendor billing.
Meeting Planning Package / $65.00 / Per person, including: destination research and site selection, eTTek Events air reports, hotel contract negotiations and rooming list management, ground transportation negotiation, coordination of meeting space, food & beverage, entertainment/activities and Audio-Visual, all applicable reports and audit final vendor billing. A dedicated toll free number will be created in Events for ConAgra Foods.
Additional Services: such as finding the cost of speakers, pricing of gifts, etc. / $95.00
per hour / Events will assist with other items not listed in a package above, billable at an hourly rate.
On-site Coordinator(s) / $400 for lead meeting planner per day plus expenses
$300 per additional on-site coordinators per day, plus expenses for additional / Expenses are defined as a roundtrip airline ticket, roundtrip ground transfers, hotel, meals and telecom costs associated with facilitating the program.

$12.00 / Per Registration, including complete attendee registration management includes invitation launches, report generation, rooming list management, air/hotel date discrepancy reports, toll free number for attendee technical support questions, and registration change/cancellation management.

Pricing does not include booking of airline reservations.

Registrations via Events’ Cvent contract.

Client pays for any third-party costs or other related expenses.

An invoice will be provided at the conclusion of the program for all fees.
