In Accordance with Numeral 12 of the Consolidating Bidding Documents of the process, announces to the Bidders the following:

  1. OFFER SUBMISSION AND AWARD
  1. October 30, 2017the Bidder must submit their Offers in Envelope N°1, enclosing, among other documents, Envelope N°2. The place and time of the act will be announced by Notice.
  2. If the content of all Envelopes N°1submitted isapproved, the Executive Director will open, in the same act, Envelope N°2 and proceed to grant the project award, previously consent by the Committee.
  3. If not all the content of Envelopes N°1 submitted is approved,the opening of Envelopes N°2 and the Award will be carried out on Friday, November 3, 2017 in the place and time, according to Numeral 12.2.7 of the Consolidated Bidding Documents.
  1. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE BIDDERS IN ENVELOPES N°1 AND N°2

The Bidders must include in Envelope N°1 the following documents:

a)Five (5) copies of the final version of each Concession Agreement, printed on security paper, attach to this Notice. The Bidder’s Legal Representative shall duly initial each page of these copies.

b)Form 7 (information validity – sworn statement)

c)“Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Agreement” Form (Form N° 8 or 8-A, as applicable).

d)Form N°8-B –Statement of not being prevented from contracting with the Peruvian State.

e)Bid bond, according to the amount and conditions established in Form 2, and issued by one of the Banking or Insurance Companies indicated in Annex 6, which shall be renewed, as applicable, until the Closing Date, and,

f)Envelope N° 2, closed:

Envelope N° 2 shall contain Forms 4, 4-A, 4-B, 4-C and 4-D, printed on security paper, initial by the Project Director, and attach to this Notice, duly filled out and signed by the Legal Representative.

  1. PREVIOUS REVISION OF THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDED IN ENVELOPE N°1

In order to simplify the presentation of the Envelopes N°1 and N°2, on Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th, Thursday 26th and Friday 27th of October 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the Bidders, upon request by email with Mr. Anibal del Aguila Acosta, Project Director, may submit the required documentation in Envelope No. 1 (with the exception of Envelope No. 2) to be reviewed in the presence of a Notary Public.
