The Regular Meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners, Hamilton Fire District No. 2 was called to order by Chairman Argenti at 7:30 P.M. After the flag salute and a moment of silence; the Open Public Meeting Act and the Uniform Fire Safety Code were given. Roll was called.

Captain McElroy reported that the Epic system proposal to repair the fire alarm is all inclusive and includes quarterly monitoring.
A Motion was made by Commissioner Fairfax to approve the P O’s as listed with the exception of
PO #2525 Turnout Uniforms due to no amount listed. The Motion was seconded by Commissioner Vetrano.
Motion passed 5-0
Commissioner Fairfax received a request from Local 84 to increase the dues for the next pay period.
A Motion was made by Commissioner Martin to pay all bills as listed with the exception of DRX #14350 in the amount of $200 which Chief Tozzi will research. The Motion was seconded by Commissioner Fairfax.

Chief’s Report
- Demonstration of two Thermal cameras. Would like to purchase two cameras, the small lower end one for use in the chief’s truck and the more expensive higher end one for staff use.
- The Local 84 dues have been increased.
- Ordered new batteries for the Reserve Truck to get it back into service.
