Positions are currently available for casual & part time combined Customer Service / Life Guard Personnel at JUST 4 FUN Aqua Park, Mandurah for the summer season Dec-March.
JUST 4 FUN Aqua Park provides water based fun for all ages with a difference! The Park is open weekends, public holidays and everyday during the school holidays in Mandurah (Dec – March),
If you love people, water sports, swimming, physical strength and fitness and enjoy working as part of a vibrant and enthusiastic team then this position is for you! In the Combined Customer Service & Life Guard role you will be responsible for setting up and packing away the inflatable equipment and overseeing the safety of JUST 4 FUN Aqua Park participants. You will also be required to deliver effective customer service, receive payments and deliver safety procedures.
Applicants must be a minimum of 17 years of age and approaching the completion of Year 12. They must be able to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays and available for the entire season. Some flexibility is offered during uni semester.
QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY
Must be valid to end April 2015
· Current Bronze Medallion or equivalent
· Current Senior First Aid

· Strong physique with high level of physical strength & strong swimming ability
· Honest, friendly, cheerful, & courteous nature
· Well developed communication and assertiveness skills
· Ability to perform in a stressful and demanding environment
· Well developed leadership and motivation skills
· Ability to use initiative and focus on the job at hand
· General awareness of public and beach safety
EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE
· Customer service & Cash handling
· Worked within a team environment
· Previous involvement surf lifesaving clubs
