COINSPACE AWEPAY APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Application form:

On your Back Office main page, you can download the application form. Fill the application’s two pages in capital letters and clear writing. If possible, fill the application on your computer directly.

All the information you insert into the application form must be true and exact. Make sure to copy your personal information as visible in your passport.

The legal address must match the address in your passport, if the legal address is visible. The actual address matches the address where you want us to send your card.

Do not forget to write the whole address, from your house/apartment number to the country you live in.

Example: Triq Il-Kappar (address), Mosta MT (city), 4003 MST (ZIP code and region), Malta (country).

When writing your phone and mobile phone make sure to insert the international prefix of your country (example for the USA: +1 541 754 30XX or 01 541 754 30XX).

The email address can be typed in lower case letters, but make sure the writing is clear.

The passport number, date of issue and issuer must match the data on the passport. The issuer is the country where the passport was issued.

The password must be one word, upper case letters, lower case letters and numbers are accepted.

Under “organization” you need to write:

Phone and fax number can stay blank.

Card Number slots must stay blank.

The second page contains a signature and date boxes, which must be signed by hand.

When the application is filled out, scan it and upload both pages on the Back Office main page, next to the card image.

  1. Government identification document:

The card application requires of you to upload a scan of your valid passport or drivers license if you are from USA or Australia. The documents must be scanned in color and high definition. No pictures are allowed, as they are usually in lower quality or not clear enough. Both front pages must be visible inside the scan. If you will use drivers license, you need to send us the copy of both sides (front and back side).The format can be either .pdf or .jpeg.

  1. Utility bill

The utility bill is a regular bill, addressed directly to the applicant. The address on the utility bill must be the same as the official address of residence on your passport.

The utility bill can be any kind of electricity, water, phone, TV, internet or similar bill. The bill is usually in A4 format, it contains the receiver and sender addresses and date of issue on the top, the middle part usually contains the calculations for the payment, the bottom part contains the charge and/or UPN.

Scan the whole document in color and high definition. The addresses and date of issue must be clearly visible.

  1. Sending to Coinspace

When all of the documents are uploaded on the main page you just click the send button. The application is then processed by Coinspace Support Team. We will either contact you that the application is incomplete or send it on to the bank for the card activation.

  1. Bank card activation

The bank needs 2-3 working hours to process your application. If the process is successfully completed, your card shall be activated and immediately sent to you by post to the designated address.

  1. Postal service

Postal services might take up to 7 working days to deliver your card, depending where are you from. If you do not receive the card in this period of time, please contact us at .
