INSTRUCTION BOOKING SLIPS

- Please make sure you read all the bullet points
- Return Slip with Cheque for £13 (made payable to SDRC) to the Organiser before closing date
- Enclose a separate cheque for each lesson
- All slips received by closing date will be drawn from a hat for available spaces
- Those who do not get a space in the first lesson will be given priority for the next lesson
- Slips not received by the closing date will be added to the end of the waiting list
- You will be notified if you are on the waiting list
- Time will be given out on the approx a week before the lesson. The organiser will contact you and the times may also appear on Facebook
- Any cancellations made after the closing date will not be refunded
