Worksheet: Injuries and claims

Injuries are possibility in any workplace. It is important and useful to become familiar with the basics of what you should do if an injury does happen. The Workcover website contains up-to-date comprehensive and easy to read information.

This worksheet has been designed to help you become familiar with what you should do in case of an injury and what the responsibilities are of your employer and yourself.

To complete this worksheet, you will need to go to the Publications sections of the NSW Workcover website and download a copy of the fact sheets:

·  ‘What to do if there is an injury?’

·  ‘Claims and benefits’.
