MAIN STUDY OBJECTIVE: To test the feasibility of undertaking a future cluster RCT comparing a new model of integrated prostate cancer continuing and follow up care with standard care in terms of clinical and cost-effectiveness, patient-reported outcomes and experience.
RECRUITMENT PERIOD: October 2015 until September 2016 / TRIAL POPULATION: Approximately 160 men with a diagnosis of prostate cancer within the last 10 years
