SUMMARY
The Client Services Specialist-Reporting serves as a member of the Client Services Team responsible for providing HR support to clients. The Client Services Specialist-Reporting will be responsible for identification, research and successful resolution of client issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as the primary contact and advocate for assigned clients.
- Represent and communicate client needs/issues to applicable departments, own the issue to resolution and communicate results to the client.
- Assist Business Consultants with developing and implementing a detailed timeline for new client transition to include coordinating pre-orientation meetings with the client, internal departments and assigned HR/Client Services representative.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual recurring reports for clients with the goal of being 100% online self-service
- Create and produce reports for client special requests.
- Produce special reports for Accounts Receivable drafting.
- Work with clients to help them understand data in reports.
- Answer client questions regarding invoices

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR is desired, but not required, or seven to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a thorough knowledge of Landrum operations and experience interacting directly with clients. College courses in employment law or HR is desired, but not required.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a thorough knowledge of Word Processing software especially Excel and be proficient in PayPlus, Paperwise, Client Space and Employee on Board. Individuals at this level should have the experience to teach others how to use these applications.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Professional certification as a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM SCP is desired, but not required. Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Notary designation.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
WORK HOURS
Usual work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with one hour off for lunch. However, due to the managerial level of responsibility associated with this job, this employee will generally be required to work whatever schedule necessary in order to properly fulfill the duties of the job. Adjustments to this schedule may be possible based on business need and Director-Client Services approval.
