AGREEMENT

Thepersonwhosignsthisagreementrepresentsthathe/sheisauthorizedtoenterintothisagreementonbehalf ofboth exhibitor and the owner of entereddog. Inconsideration of acceptance of this entry:

1.1AsusedhereNADACmeansNorthAmericanDogAgilityCouncil,itsmembers,officers,directors,employees,showchairs,showcommitteesandagents.AsusedhereClever Dog Academymeans its members,officers,directors,employees, show chairs, showcommittees and agents.

1.2Exhibitor/owner,agreetoabidebytherulesandregulationsofNADACandanyotherrulesandregulations appearingin the premium forthis event.

1.3Exhibitor/ownercertifythattheentereddogisnotahazardtopersons,dogsorpropertyandthattheentereddog’srabiesvaccinationiscurrentinaccordancewiththerequirementofthestateinwhichthe dogresides.

1.4Exhibitor/owneracknowledgeallhazardspresentedbytheeventandtheeventpremises,includingbutnotlimitedto,theconditionofthefloors,stairways,halls,lighting,securitymeasuresorlackof,electricalappliances,fitting,showrings,parkingareasandthepresenceofunfamiliaranimalsandpeople; exhibitor andownerassume the riskof anyharmarisingfrom these.

(including officers, directors, employees, and volunteers)TheJacksonCountyMulti-PurposeComplexandthecityofVancleave,MSRecandParksandwilldefendthemandholdthemharmlessfromallpresentandfutureloss,injury,damage,claims,demandsandliabilitiesinvolvingtheentereddog,theeventoreventpremises.Withoutlimitingthegeneralityoftheforegoingholdharmlessprovisions,exhibitor/ownerherebyspecificallyassumesoleresponsibilityforandagreetoindemnifyandsaveaforementionedpartiesharmlessfromanyandalllossandexpenses(includinglegalfees)byreasonoftheliabilityimposedbylawuponanyoftheaforementionedpartiesfordamagesbecauseofbodilyinjuries,includingdeath,atanytimeinconsequenceofmy(our)participationinthisevent,howsoeversuchinjuryordeathmaybecausedandwhetherornotthesamemayhavebeencausedormayhavebeenallegedtohavebeencausedbynegligenceoftheaforementionedpartiesoranyoftheiremployeesoragents or anyother persons.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS

Exhibitors, throughsubmissionofentry, acknowledge that theyare knowledgeableofNADACrules and regulations,andagree to abideby allrules in effect atthe timeofthistrial.

Belowisabriefsummaryof NADACrules. Pleaserefertoforafullexplanationof allNADACrulesand up todateinformation.

All dogs must be on leash when not competingin the ring.
Please note that NADAC trials should providea safe andfun environmentforboth exhibitors andtheir dogs.Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated and will beexcused from thetrial.
Theshow committeehasthe right to refuse anyentry. Anyonenot currentlyin good standingwithNADAC will not be allowed to enter this trial.
No entryfeewill berefunded if thetrial cannot open orbe completedbyreasonsof riots, civildisturbances, fire, acts ofGod, public emergency,andact ofapublic enemy,or anyother causebeyond the control of theorganizingcommittee.
Aftertheclosingdate, NOentryfeeswill be refunded fordogs pulled from thetrial– except forbitches that comeinto season before Thursdayof the trialweek in whichcase100% ofentryfeeswill be returned. Awrittenveterinarian certification is required.
Entryfeecheckswill be depositedatclosing.Checks not honoredbythe bank do not constituteavalid entryfee.There will be a$25.00 service chargeforbankreturned checks.

THE MANAGEMENTwill not be responsible for theloss or damage toanydogexhibited, orfor thepossessions of anyexhibitorwhethertheresult was byaccident oranyother cause.It is distinctlyunderstood that everydogat this event is in thecareand custodyand control of his owner orhandlerduringtheentiretime thedogis on the showpremises. Anyexhibitor whose dogsand/orchildrencreateunnecessarydisturbancesor repeatedlyengage inunsafe or disruptive behavior may,at thediscretion ofthe Show Committee, be asked to leave theshow site.In such case, no refund of fees paid will be made.
