  • SPIN & SPIN45: 60 & 45 minute cycling class taught by certified Johnny G instructors. High-energy music and videos are used to help you get in the zone. Towel & water is required. Sign up 72 hours in advance. Cancel: 2 hours prior to class beginning to avoid a non-cancellation fee.

  • Yoga Fusion This class fuses hatha and vinyasa yoga. Through the alignment of movement and breath you turn static positions into a dynamic flow.
  • Ying Yang Yoga - Yin targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and joints of the body while yang aims to tone muscles
  • Zumba: A fusion of Latin and International music, dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
  • Zumba Toning: It blends body-sculpting techniques and high energy Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength training class!

Pilates Reformer

Pilates-Developed by Joseph H. Pilates (1880-1967)-An exercise system focused on improving strength, flexibility and balance for the entire body. A series of controlled systematic movements with focus on breathing patterns that work the deeper muscle groups giving the body long, lean, toned muscles.

  • Reformer 1 Beginner: A class for those new to Pilates and the apparatus used. The Pilates Reformer or combination of apparatus may be used in each class such as the Reformer, Tower, Combo Chair and/or Arc Barrel. Focus is on proper form, alignment and learning the Level I and II Pilates exercises.
  • Reformer 2 Intermediate: Combination of Advanced Beginner and Intermediate Level Exercises.
  • Reformer 1 & 2:This class is for those that know the beginner level exercises and are ready to be introduced to the Intermediate level. Increased repetitions, combinations, and faster cueing create more of a challenge. Form and alignment are key.
  • Reformer 3 Advanced: Approval of Instructor required. Increased difficulty in Pilates repertoire,

varied resistance and more demanding coordination.

TRX: Suspension training designed by a Navy Seal; total body workout using your own body weight.

Functionally Fit: Fast paced circuit class combining multifaceted exercises to help you perform every day functions.

Power Plate Circuit: Fast paced total body workout incorporating the NASA designed Power Plate. Combines new technology with total body sculpt.
