Deadline: February 10, 2012

Final selection will be based on content of application packet and interviews.

Finalists will be contacted by February 18, 2012, and invited to attend a special luncheon on February 22, 2012, at the Hyatt Regency.

Winners will be honored at the ChicagoMSDC, Sponsors Breakfast April 12, 2012, at Navy Pier.

Unofficial transcripts will be accepted, subject to verification.
