(Checklist and Application Instructions)

Thank you for your interest in applying to join the Autodesk Authorized Training Center Program.

Section 1below lists the documents contained in the ATC Program Application Pack that must be completed and submitted to your Autodesk ATC Regional Manager for approval. Ensure that all the required documents are complete before returning them toAutodesk. Incomplete documents will result in delays in processing your application.

Section 2 provides additional information on how to complete the application forms

Section 1 - Checklist

Applicants must complete and return the following documents to Autodesk for ATC Program approval:

ATC Site Enrolment Form & Business Plan[ ]
(note: 1 Site Enrolment Form for each training location)

ATC Instructor Enrolment Form(s), CVs and copies of certificates

showing training received on Autodesk products.[ ]
(note: 1 Instructor Enrolment Form for each Instructor)
(note: 1 Instructor CV for each Instructor)

Other Attachments[ ]
(e.g. Business Plan additions, Marketing collateral, photographs etc)

Section 2 - Instructions

Please read this document, the ATC Global Program Guideand the ATC Agreement together with all other information before starting your application.

It is most important that you decide on your business plan and the products you wish to teach, before you start. Then, decide which industry/product accreditations you wish to apply for at each site.

Instructions for completing the "ATC Site Enrolment and Business Plan" form

This form requests information on the proposed ATCsite including training room(s) equipment, software, staff and industry/product accreditation focus, together with your business plan for your Autodesk training business.

A separate Site and Company Information Section (Section 1) must be completed for each ATC site where classes will be offered, but only 1 Business Plan Section (Section 2) is required for the Application.

Note: Make the appropriate number of blank copies of the Site Information Section form to cover the appropriate number of sites you wish to register in the program.

You must also complete and sign the Declaration in Section 3.

For each Industry/Product Accreditation you apply for, ensure you provide information showing how you will address the specific markets and how you will meet the criteria for each Industry Accreditation. For example, describe your marketing activities for each product area and show how many customers you will train for the different products; and on the Instructor Enrolment forms, show why your instructors are qualified for these market sectors.

Instructions for completing the "Instructor Enrolment" form

This form requests information on your instructors including their Autodesk product training experience. It is important that you provide customer references and include a copy of their CV so that we can have visibility of their qualifications, industry knowledge and teaching experience.Ensure each instructor also provides copies of certificates received for training they have attended on Autodesk products.

Information about the Autodesk Approved Instructor brand and ATC Product Accreditation requirements will be published on One Team Web (OTW) which you will have access to if your application is accepted.
