General Information

- Entry fee $125 per school — payable to Chatfield High School

- Field Events 4:15 p.m.; Running Events 4:30 p.m.

- ***Please park buses behind the school on Burr Oak.***

- We will be using Hy-Tek and electronic timing (see instructions below)

- Hip numbers will be used for all running events

- Track and runways are all-weather surface — 1/8” pyramid spikes only; no tape on the track or runways

- Shot put and discus are concrete

- Registering your athletes for events:

o DEADLINE for entries is 8:00 p.m. - Tuesday, April 5

o All entries must be submitted online (no spreadsheets). To submit your entries:

1. Click or go to and click on “Online Entry Link” on the main menu bar.
2. Click on Track & Field & select your meet
3. Click on the “SIGN UP NOW” link at the top of the page.
4. Fill out the form on the left-hand side of the page, and select “Roster Management Account.” Click the “Sign Up” button.
5. If you haven’t already done so for a previous meet for Wayzata Results, click on the link to download your rosters from the MSHSL site (the download may take a little while).
6. After the download, click on the “Edit/Enter Marks” link to enter athletes in events - including relays.
7. Please note: Field Events need to be entered: 100-00.00 or 7-00.00!
8. Note: Enter both grade and division when entering an athlete (for meets with divisions).
9. DO NOT declare your entries until you are completely done entering everyone in the meet. Check your entries so that there are NO RED BOXES around your entries - Red boxes = NT or NM (We will NOT fix your errors). Once you declare your entries, you can’t make any changes.

Awards: No team or individual awards

Entries:More than 3 entries are permitted in running events only. However, they will be considered running exhibition. Only one relay team per grade. EACH GRADE WILL BE SCORED SEPARATELY.
