Agenda

• Kelly Case reported that is is fom 10 - 4 pm and already have vendords signed up. Booths are $50 and $10 if the want a table.
• Pictures with Santa are a fundraiser for the Senior Class. Hope this will bring people in the doors.
• Vendors will be asked to donate one item that will later be used for raffles.
• Signs have been ordered.
• Need to have it communitcated on Facebook, event calendars and will be on EMSISD Community tab.
• Students can volunteer for NHS hours and extra raffle tickets at event.

• Deb Dehart has set up December 7th from 7:30 - 9:30 am at the Applebees on Saginaw Main.
• Tickets are $8 a plate, this is not an all you can eat. There is a cap of 250 plates.
• Volunteers need to be there at 7:15 am.
• Decided if this is successful will do a two day event in the spring.

• These have been held at home football games.
• Will continue through the last game on 11/8.

• Donna McCauley not available to give a report.
• Amy will verify that it is ok publish Donna's contact information to keep the flock moving.

• As of now there is no chair for this event.
• Tentative date set for February 7th. This is the date of the boys basketball game against Birdville.

• Amy will make some contacts on this and report back at the next meeting.

• Carol Siegel reported that Adam would hold classes.
• Maximum 10 people per class and the cost would to $100 a person.
• Class would last two - three hours.
• Class can be individualized to a specific theme and include shopping tips, receipe help.

• Event will be in the spring.
• No date or further information at this time.

• Debbie Hale presented a sheet on doing a football pool for the Texas OU football game.
• Changes and clarifications were made and it will be sent out next week.

• Main Event - quoted $55 a student.
• It'z - quoted $43 a student.
• Debra Dehart motioned that It'z be used for the event Carol Seigel 2nd the motion.
• All in attendance voted for there was no one opposed.
