Student Achievement – Central Community School students will learn at a high level.

Communication – Central Community School District will maintain transparency through open communication and encourage widespread involvement.

Finance – Central Community School District will provide a comprehensive education to our students while upholding a high level of fiscal responsibility that maintains Central as a vibrant district.

Growth – Central Community School District will strive to increase enrollment and decrease open enrollment out.

Health – Central Community School District will reinforce healthy lifestyles, positive attitudes, mutual respect and provide for individual differences.

Facilities – Central Community School District will have safe, secure, well-maintained and technologically advanced facilities able to meet the current and future needs of our students.

Board of Education – The Central Board of Education will be highly functional, cohesive and innovative.
