1. Approve the Caucus and Business Meeting minutes of July 9, 2013.

2. Approve the Treasurer/Secretary report for the month of July 2013.

3. Approve the current and auxiliary List of Bills for payment, and any and all bills that will be forthcoming in the month of August 2013.

4. Approve to appoint Attorney John Zagari as the legal counsel for the Kennedy Township Uniform Construction Board at the hourly rate of $60.00 for hearing attendance.

5. Direct the Solicitor and Manager to prepare and send a copy of a revised amendment of Zoning Ordinance No. 171 to the Board of Commissioners and Planning Commission for review, and recommendation to advertise the intent to adopt.

6. Approve to purchase & finance 2014 Ford SUV police vehicle in the amount of $25,824.00 through First National Bank at an annual interest rate of 2.49% ; to authorize Treasurer Weinstein and Secretary Leck to sign the required documents to proceed.
