2001-2007 -- BROTHERHOOD MISSION MINISTRIES, Philadelphia, PA

Fund Development and Public Relations Director who managed all fundraising activities for men’s homeless shelter in North Philadelphia. In December 2005, successfully launched a city-wide campaign to save the 98-year-old shelter from closing. Raised one-half of the annual budget in four weeks. Return on Investment (ROI) 1,552%.

1998-2004 -- CHESTNUT HILL HEALTHCARE, (CHH) Chestnut Hill, PA

Secured grant funding for CHH Women's HealthCare Center, construction of a new Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery, breast cancer prevention program for minority women, and a Geriatric Assessment Program for the frail elderly. Return on Investment 2,400% in a three-year period.

1995-2000 -- CARELIFT INTERNATIONAL INC., Bala Cynwyd, PA
