The British Council’s IELTS Train the Trainer workshop has been designed for those who are already teaching IELTS and wish to enhance their skills, or who have taught English at school or university level and wish to switch over to IELTS coaching. It is also suitable for CELTA graduates or those who have a background in soft skills training and wish to make a career change.

Participants must have excellent written and oral communication skills (at least IELTS band 6.5).

Applicants who are shortlisted will be called for a face to face interview only if they reside in the city of their choice, otherwise there will be a telephone interview.
