Certificate of ApprovalShipping directly to Washington Retailers / Allows a U.S. winery or brewery that holds a Certificate of Approval (COA) inWashington to ship beer and wine of their own production directly to a licensed retailer approved to receive shipments. The U.S. winery/brewerymust be licensed by the state they are located in and by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). / $100
Washington Retailer Receiving Direct Shipments / Allows a licensed Washington retailer to receive shipments of beer and wine from a U.S. winery or brewery holding a Certificate of Approval to ship into Washington, or a domestic winery, brewery or micro brewery.

Kegs to Go / Allows the holder of a Spirits, Beer and Wine Restaurant license to sell for off-premises consumption malt liquor in kegs or other containers that are capable of holding four or more gallons of liquid. / $133
Alcohol in Candy / Allows a grocery store licensee holding a Snack Bar license to sell confections containing more than one percent but not more than ten percent alcohol by weight to persons twenty-one years of age or older. / No Fee
Off-Premises Sale Wine / Allows the holder of a spirits, beer, and wine restaurant, private club beer and wine, or private club spirits, beer and wine to sell wine by the unopened bottle for off-premises consumption. / $133
International Exporter / Allows the holder of a Grocery Store license to internationally export beer, strong beer and wine. Wine and beer must be bought from a licensed Washington distributor and exported out of the United States. / $553
