Please note all stands are the same size. We have limited space so exhibitors are required to keep within their stand perimeter allocation only.
Whilst we are happy to try an accommodate your requests, we are unable to provide shell schemes and lighting and can access a limited amount of electrical points at this venue.
Exhibitors should provide their own food and refreshments.

Care Mangers Network - Terms and Conditions of Booking

  • Stands will be offered on a first come first served basis until all spaces are taken.
  • The allocation and positioning of stands will be at the discretion of the organisers. Every effort will be made to meet the exhibitors needs where possible.
  • All stands should be set up 30 minutes before the start of the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry to those arriving later than this.
  • No exhibitor shall sub-let any portion of space allotted to him/her or promote other businesses other than the one registered to attend the event without the organisers permission.
  • All stands must be open and staffed when the event is open to networking and must not be dismantled or closed until the final networking session is complete.
  • Goods and Packages must not be delivered to the event venue or the organisers without prior permission.
  • Exhibitors who have not returned the required booking form and made full payment within the stated terms will not be permitted to trade at the event.
  • Dates may change and events may be moved to different venues at our discretion or in unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to attend due to any changes, credits will be transferred to future events.
  • Current prices are current no subject to VAT. This may change for future events where you will be notified accordingly on booking.
  • We strongly advise all exhibitors to carry their own public liability, personal and property insurance.
  • The organisers of the Care Managers Network will not be held responsible for the loss, injury or death caused to any exhibitor or to his or her agents whilst attending the event, regardless of the cause of loss, injury or death arising.
  • We do not offer refunds. Exhibitors who are unable to attend may be able to carry over their booking at the organisers discretion subject to their reason for non-attendance and spaces being availableat future events.
  • We accept payment through bank transfer only. We do not accept cheques or card payments
  • All data of members and suppliers that maybe provided prior to the event taking place is owned by the Care Managers Network and must not be passed or sold to third parties, copied or used for marketing purposes outside of the Care Managers Network.
  • Prior consent for marketing must be obtained from the member or supplier to contact them directly by obtaining permission on the day of the event or thereafter only.
