Call meeting to order.
Approve minutes from April meeting. First motion by Melissa Gormont, second by Tami Clark.
Secretary Report.
MS/ES Treasurer Report. MS- $1049.23 ES- $22143.57/ $9357.70 savings for total ES of $31501.27
Review contact information and email addresses. Change Tami Clarks cell to 937-3117.

OLD BUSINESS
Restaurant of the Month- Chipoltes we think?? Need to check.
Last Day of School Party- cupcakes, chips, & juice boxes ordered from cafeteria.
April Reward Day: The Daniel Project- kids enjoyedJ
ES Spring Pictures- Volunteers didn’t get lunch. Process took way too long. Suggest split it into two days next year or else two complete different sets.
Need help for 7th grade social decorating.
NEW BUSINESS
Pie Day May 2
ES Field day, June 2. Blow up balls ordered already for giveaway. Slushie machine coming from MS.
No MS Field Day- instead Minute to Win It and no help needed.

Walking Field Trips-
2nd grade goes May 12th.
DelGrosso Day: May 30th, Food and permission forms to go out, have a line for just pizza, send out email for staff and support staff arm bands, have arm bands pre-torn, additional food all ordered (brownies, freeze pops for after)
Decided to do water for snack and only use soda for meal.
