Calendar of Events: Please keep this page as a reference.

August 22nd-30th / Pick up petitions for senior class officer. Petitions can be picked up from Mrs. Abramovich or from the TCTC Guidance Office. Note: If elected, meetings are held at Badger in the high school office conference room before school at 7:00 am. You must be able to find transportation to attend all meetings. Diploma Slips will be passed out in English class. TCTC students you can pick your Diploma Slip up in the guidance office. Diploma Slips are due September 30, 2016!
August 30th / Petitions are due.Petitions must be turned in to Mrs. Abramovich or the TCTC Guidance Office before 2:12pm on or beforeAugust 30th.
August 31st / After petitions are verified, voting will take place. TCTC students must go to the guidance office during this day to vote.
September 6th / Meeting for class officers to view graduation announcement styles.Three styles will be selected. Meeting starts at 7:15 am in the high school office conference room.
September
1st- 9th / Senior officers will be collecting your ideas for class motto and class t-shirt. If you have any suggestions, please share them with your class representatives. TCTC students can also email any suggestions to
September 12th / Senior Meeting for officers. All suggestions for motto, and t-shirt will be discussed and each category will be narrowed down to three selections. Meeting starts at 7:15 am in the high school office conference room.
September 30th / Diploma Slips are due to Mrs. Abramovich. TCTC students you can pick them up in the guidance office.
TBD / Vote forclass t-shirt. TCTC students must go to the TCTC guidance office during this day to vote.
TBD / Class t-shirts on sale. An order form will be passed out to students. TCTC students must go to the TCTC guidance office to pick up the order form. Orders can be returned to the TCTC guidance office or can be returned to Badger High School. Payment in full must accompany order form. Please bring order forms to Mrs. Abramovich in the counselor’s office.
October 4th / Jostens representative will be at Badger at 7:30 am in the auditorium and at TCTC in the afternoon to pass out ordering packets for cap/gown and graduation announcements.
October 11th / Jostens representative will be at Badger for a lunch room visit to take orders for cap/gown/tassels and class rings.

October 18th / Jostens representative will be at Badger at 7:15am in the high school office.The Jostens representative will schedule a date to collect orders at the TCTC.
All seniors must place an order for a cap/gown! Note to TCTC students: The Jostens representative is frequently at TCTC dealing with students from all Trumbull county schools. You can give your order to the representative at any time, even if he is not there specifically for Badger. All students also have the option of ordering online.

March 6-31st / Zoo Tickets will be on sale. TCTC students pick up your permission slip in the guidance office. Full payment and permission slip must be turned in no later than March 31st. Payment and permission slips will not be accepted past this date!
May 1st
-May 12th / Each student is given 8 tickets for admission into the graduation ceremony.
If all 8 tickets are not needed, please return them so that they can be made
available to other students. If extra tickets are needed, each student will be
allowed up to 2 extra tickets until Friday, May 12th. On May 15th, any remaining
tickets will be distributed first-come first-serve. Everyone must have a ticket
for entry into the ceremony. See Mrs. Abramovich if extra tickets are needed.
May 5th / Cleveland Zoo Trip
Bus will depart at 8:20am-TCTC/CCP students who are attending please arrive at 7:45am and the bus will arrive back at BHS at 4:30pm
May 25th / In order to participate in the graduation ceremony, all school fees and lunch fees must be paid in full on or before this date.
Any student, who chooses to not participate in Badger’s graduation ceremony, must have a parent-signed letter turned into the office on or before this date.
May 25th / Graduation Practice-11:00am
Graduation Practice followed by Senior Lunch
May 25, 2017 / Graduation Day! Seniors must arrive by 6:00pm.
Senior Group Picture will be @6:20pm
Dress Code
Gentlemen: Dress pants, collared shirt, tie, and dress shoes. Cap/Gown is red.
Ladies: Dress or pants suit, dress shoes. Cap/Gown is white, but you do not have to
wear white under your gown.
No jeans, shorts, or tennis shoes!
No air brush or decorations of any kind may be placed on your graduation hat!

announcements several days in advance. Please listen carefully to

announcements, read the bulletins that are posted, and follow this calendar so

that you do not miss important deadlines.
