CAD Drawings and Images License Agreement IOTA Garden and Home Limited
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ACCESSING THE CAD DRAWINGS AND IMAGES CONTAINED WITHIN THE IOTA TRADE WEB SITE. USE OF THIS INFORMATION AS WELL AS ALL INFORMATION OTHERWISE CONTAINED WITHIN THE WEB SITE SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL CURRENT AND SUBSEQUENT USE OF THIS MATERIAL.
IOTA Garden and Home Limited [IOTA] grants the following license to use the following drawings and images without exclusivity upon acceptance of these terms and conditions. The drawings and images do not alter the copyright, patent, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights belonging to IOTA, nor do such rights convey to the user.
A. The drawings and images may be used in any conventional format as part of general specifications or drawings for the preparation of project details, conceptual documents, estimates, client preparation materials, etc., as long as all references to the source are retained in final documents and all patent, trademark, and or copyright attribution is retained.
B. The license to use these drawings and images specifically excludes the transfer of such material for the purpose of preparing imitation, competing or other products in competition with the source.
C. The drawings and images and the information contained therein are the exclusive, confidential and proprietary property of IOTA. The drawings and images are copyrighted with all rights reserved. Under confidential and proprietary property laws and the copyright laws, each drawing and image may not be copied, in whole or in part, without written consent of IOTA except as provided herein. The same confidential, proprietary and copyright notices must be affixed to any permitted copies as were affixed to the original.
E. The contents of this Web site are provided "AS IS". Under no circumstances shall IOTA be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the contents of this Web site.
Upon accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement by accessing the drawings and images, you and your principal agree to the above terms and conditions and are bound by them. Accepting these terms acknowledges that you understand such terms and conditions and that you are agreeing to them on behalf of yourself and your principal.
