Keeping Pets
Many people keep pets like dogs or cats. But most of them haven’t considered carefully before they decided to keep pets. Keeping pets takes a lot of work to do. Of course, pets need food and water. The birthday present
Kevin is a Form 2 student. Every early morning he has to do a special job ----- to clean the car for his neighbour Dr. Chan. By doing so, he gets some money and he needs the money to buy his favorite idol’s CD.
Kevin’s father died three years ago. His mother works hard everyday, even on holidays. But after work, she spends most of her time with Kevin. Yesterday was Kevin’s fourteen years old birthday. After cleaning Dr. Chan’s car, he went back home and found a beautiful bag on his desk. He knew that it was his birthday present from his mother, but he had no idea what it was. When he found three CDs of his favourite idol in the bag, he was very happy and went to school with a heartful smile on his face.
