Buyers Conditions
All sales are final, we do not give refunds -*If for ANY REASON you cannot keep the puppy you have purchased from Morris Farmyard you MUST RETURN the puppy/dog to Morris Farmyard. This Dog cannot be sold or given away or placed in a shelter it MUST to be returned to the Morris family.
Once you have decided on a certain puppy we will give you 24 hours to get a deposit in order to hold the puppy. We do not take deposits on unborn puppies.
We require a deposit of 1/2 of the price of the puppy. This deposit will not be refundable for any reason, (Unless the puppy should die prior to being 8 weeks of age, in which case the deposit will be refunded.) The balance for puppy and Transportation will be due at 7 weeks of age or at the time the puppy changes locations.
*If the buyer cancels for any reason after the puppy turns 8 weeks old; or after transportation arrangements are made for any reason all money paid toward the puppy is forfeited at that time.
*If registration and/or health paper/Microchip have been put in the buyers name you will be billed and agree to pay the amount to change them back to Morris Farmyard as ownership.
The transportation cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We do delivery if possible. We meet people all over the USA.
Health Guarantee:
You as a new owner agree to provide the health and vet care to ensure the new puppy is protected against any and all disease. You are responsible for any and all health care from the moment the puppy arrives. You must have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian with 72 hours of arrival, and report exam to Morris Farmyard for the Health Guarantee to be in effect.
You are responsible to call us within one hour of receiving your puppy AND again within the next 24 hours with an update--If these CALLS are not made the Guarantee is cancelled.
The puppy will have had a High Titer Parvo Vaccine and at least one 5 way puppy vaccination when it leaves us, however a puppy is not fully protected until it has completed the puppy series @ 20 weeks of age. Puppy will need at least 3 follow up vaccinations usually given at 10, 13 and 16 weeks of age, as well as a good worming schedule through the puppy months and regularly as an adult.
You are required to have the puppy spayed (female) between 6-8 months of age OR neutered (male) between 7-9 months of age, and prior to ANY breeding or Semen collection. We require this in order to keep our prices low - NO registration papers will be issued until proof of the surgery is sent to us. (If registration papers are applicable)
This must be sent back to us PRIOR to the 1st birthday of puppy.
The puppy will have been wormed on a vet recommended schedule until it leaves us, we treat all puppies prior to leaving us for external parasites, however during their transportation and/if shipping they will come in contact with several other pets.
We give our puppies a well-balanced diet which consists of commercial dog food- Usually dry food. If the puppy is not continued on a balanced dog food we cannot give an extended guarantee. We will be calling to check on puppy after it has arrived the first week or two, please return our calls. The calls are part of the contract!!!
LIFE THREATENING DISEASE: We give the buyer a one year from birthdate health guarantee against a life threatening disease (ex: Congenital Heart Failure) If the purchased puppy should develop such a disease and is diagnosed and euthanized by a licensed veterinarian and you have a second agreeing
We do not refund money, or pay vet bills, we only provide another puppy of the same cost within 6 months. (If puppy is not available, the purchase price of the puppy with be refunded.)
