Rental Package

  • $150 Damage Deposit (Due Before or at the Start of the Day of Renting)
  • $400 For 10 Bumper Balls, and Blow Pump
  • $15 Delivery Charge ‘within’ Camrose; $0.50/Km + $15 for ‘Outside’ Camrose
  • 24 hour Rental (Starting from agreed time)
  • If there is no Damage to the CityLights Church Bumper Balls, the damage deposit will be kept by CityLightsChurch and the renter will ‘only’ pay the remaining amount of $250
  • Damage to the; Shoulder Straps, Ball Handles, Inside/Outside Bumper Ball, Logo, Bumper Ball Plastic (tears, holes, etc), blow pump, will result in the loss of the damage deposit.
  • Any Damage that exceeds the $150 will also be at the renter’s expense and at the discretion of CityLightsChurch management.

Rental Agreement

• The Client is responsible for acquiring a venue that will not cause harm to the Bumper Balls ie. Rocks, Trees, Water, Asphalt, Etc; (don’t worry; we can help you find a spot)

• Additional traveling expenses will apply for any event outside of Camrose.

• Bookings must be made two weeks prior to event date. Events booked last minute (less than 2 weeks) require immediate payment in full.

• $150 deposit due before or at the Start of the Day of Renting

**All cancellations require at least 48 hours notice; deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of event date **

• CityLightsChurch [CLC] reserves the right to terminate any booking in the event the Bumper Balls are being misused. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, i.e. traffic, weather, venue, CLC reserves the right to cancel bookings; any refunds or reimbursement as a result will be at the discretion of CityLightsChurch.

  • I Understand that CityLights Church has the right to blow up and double check the bumper balls for damage within 48 hours of the return date and that there may be an addition charge of $150 if they find damage to the Shoulder Straps, Ball Handles, Inside/Outside Bumper Ball, Logo, Bumper Ball Plastic (tears, holes, etc).
    Any Damage that exceeds the $150 will also be at the renter’s expense and at the discretion of CityLightsChurch management.
